How We Save You Money
Virtual Assistants have proven to be 2x more effective than full-time employees. Virtual Assistants don’t take breaks, lunch hour, personal calls or personal emails on your dime and they are never late for work or call in sick. Our services and prices are customized to fit your individual needs.
- Monthly Packages are available for services that range from 5 hours to 20 hours.
- A signed acceptance of the agreement, fully outlining the scope of work and conditions of our relationship is required before any work begins.
Invoice & Payment Terms:
- Invoices are sent out for payment within 10 days.
- Invoices are included with the returned work or sent out via email.
- Should work be suspended or delayed by customer request or default, the fees for work completed plus any outstanding expenses will be due immediately.
- For monthly packages, advance payment is due in full upon signing the proposal.
- Monthly packages that require additional hours beyond the selected hours indicated will be billed at our hourly rate.
- We accept PayPal or Checks for payments. You can pay your invoice online by clicking the PayNow button.
